As a personal trainer for Gold's Gym, I get asked almost daily about current "flavor-of-the-month" diets and weight-loss fads.
First, the very word "diet" implies a temporary change or restriction in your eating habits. If this calorie intake alteration is something that you can't realistically continue for the rest of your life, than any weight loss will be temporary as well. In fact, your health may even suffer.
The only safe effective way to lose weight boils down to simple math: you gotta burn more calories than you consume. Translation: eat less--or healthier--and exercise more.
You don't have to kill yourself or deprive yourself or start running marathons. We revise diets for people and begin them on easy, low-impact cardio programs all the time and have hundreds of before and after pics to prove the succes of this method. And NO, you don't have to hire a personal trainer to help you with this! (though that would be nice! LOL
So, bottom line: stay away from the fad diets (don't even get me started on the Atkins joke). If those diets worked than 50% of American adults would't be overweight, and our gyms wouldn't be so crowded.

If this is another of those fad drinks diet then they DO NOT WORK. cut down on portion size or go to a slimming class where you will get support . I suppose i shouldn't have answered that as i have never heard of the product but i really worry sometimes . Dieting is a life time commitment and whatever you drink or eat ,once you stop that particular diet ,the weight comes back on at double the speed that you lost it . Please take care

I don't go for these silly money wasting stuff.

all I do is eat less and no snacking in between meals.
