(just to let u know, i dress my age.) then he says, "so?" i immediately told him to get away from me before i called the police. did i do the right thing?

I don't think most men are perverted. Some are but some just look at women because they appreciate beauty. I'm an artist and when I look at a woman it is usually not lust or a purely sexual thing but rather appreciating aesthetic beauty.
Someone 7 years older than you shouldn't be going for you like that though, that is wrong. You did the right thing by telling him off and dressing appropriately for your age. I do find it odd that some women dress in revealing clothes and then get all mad when they get a reaction.
