uummm..well, I don't think it would be considered the Best place to do it but if your alone, and like me ( sex ALWAYS on your mind) then no harm no foul. just don't get caught. you just might get fired....ssooooo...where do you work? ...lol...

Yeah, it's a female thing, I think. Women need emotion to get off. I have to be able to think about the thoughts. Seems the men I know can just go "have fun." It helps relieve stress in women too, but it's harder to get to that spot where I can "release" the bad mood. If that makes sense.

It's probably not a good idea. If you got caught you may be fired, or worse. Your co-workers could find out and harass you about it. It's best to wait until your in the privacy of your own home. Perhaps before or after work.

yes! For a lot of people it does, just as sex does. Something about having an orgasm relaxes your whole body, and relieves stress. It doesn't work that way for everybody though, all people are different.
