That is so great about Christ, that we get so much better than we deserve. Luckily it is not about us. We get saved only by mercy and grace of God.
We ALL fall short from the glory of God, but it is so easy to blame others.

The first is being righteous overmuch, like the Pharisees. The second is because not all divorce is unauthorized by the Bible. The Bible points out that divorce because one mate has committed adultery is approved, and the innocent mate is free to remarry. The third is because the Mosaic Law does not apply to Christians, only the Nation of Israel, which God doesn't have a relationship with anyways.

First of all we dont "choose" to disobey. it is in our nature. We can ask forgiveness. Second of all Sunday is not the Sabbath. Saturday is. And Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy does not mean that you cant work. The overeating is a sin however drinking is not. Drinking to excess is. That would be the same as overeating.
Thought full question though.

It is interesting they will claim the new covenant makes most of the laws in Leviticus null, but hold on to these two verses with both hands.
Leviticus 18:22
" 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
Leviticus 20:13
" 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.
In doing so they also ignore this:
Matthew 5:17-19
The Fulfillment of the Law
17"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Apply the 2 or more witnesses principle (Matt. 18:16, 2 Cor. 13:1). If one does, the 'old testament' will be the law of Moses, not Genesis-Malachi.
That changes the 'definition' of several words. (2 Tim. 2:15; if one can rightly divide te word of truth, then one can also wrong divide the word of truth).
Keep in mind; man is as a god (albeit a false god) Gen. 3:5-6 since the garden of Eden incident from God's view.

Your obviously bound up and think your saved because Saturday is holy to you.My Lord makes everyday Holy."Let no man therefore judge you in meat,or in drink,or in respect of an holyday,or of the new moon,or of the sabbath days" Colossians2:16.You have a fleshly mind and teach not the truth but put stumbling blocks in front of the weak and lame.Instead of encouraging them to obey you put yourself on a pedestal that they can't attain to.Repent and God will reward you.I had to repent of this as well.A saint is only a sinner who falls down a gets back up again.

Because people are fallible. It's not just confined to the Bible, but permeates every aspect of our lives. I smoke (worse addiction ever) but teach my kids not to. We cuss like sailors but stand aghast when a 10 year old tells us to go f ourselves. We tend to hold Christians to a higher standard than any one else, which is hardly fair. After all, we all make mistakes and live with our own hypocrisies every day without having our noses rubbed in it somewhere in the world by strangers.

It all has to do with the apostate religion, which is already here.
People conform the rules to their own liking which produces false religion. The scriptures below prove it!
2Ti 4:3
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Because if they tried to obey the whole thing they would go crazy, not to mention put in jail. The Bible condones slavery (New Testament), genocide (Ammonites and Caananites, among others), and murder (thou shalt not suffer a witch to live, Old Testament). If Christians didn't pick and choose, there wouldn't be any Christians outside jail. Hmmmm......that could work......

Many people think the Bible is a pick-and-choose gospel. But also we are human, and do miss it at times. That is why we have the "body" of believers to help us in our Christian walk. We should recognize these things as we mature in our walk.
