She was breed from my regular full grown chihuahua,and she didnt have any problems having it, but will she have another a little bit later?

Can't tell from here - you just need to keep an eye on her. You'll know if she starts having contractions again. And you should be close just in case she's not done and needs help. Sometimes they can go an hour or more between puppies, sometimes it's much quicker.

No usually since there are such small dogs they can only hold one or two at most

If you'd taken her to the vet like you were supposed to s/he would have told you ahead of time how many pups to expect.

Most likley not. If she is that small one or two puppys would be the most.
