I'd need your age to calculate your bmi.. but you sound about right.. google child bmi calculator and pick one, then type in all your specifics and it will tell you where you stand and should give you and explanation.. but incase it doesn't
1-5% =underweight
6-84% = healthy weight
85-94% = at risk for overweight
95+ = overweight

that's the scale used for people under the age of 20, so if you aren't 20 use the child bmi calculator, as said above.

there's a simple equation to knpw if you are on the right track or not:

BMI (body mass index)=your wt in kilograms/ (your height in meters)^2
the result shoud be no more than 25 if less then you need some extra weight ,if more than 25 then you should lose some

If you're small boned, it maybe just a bit over the "normal" range. If you're md to large boned, then you're fine. If you feel tired and feel like you could lose a few pounds try adding some exercise, instead of dieting. It maybe all you need.

Well, all you need is exercise, I'd suggest maybe walking around the neighborhood every morning, ride a bike on a trail, play tennis, swim, do crunches and push-ups, maybe even joing a Karate class. It helped me stay in good shape.

It's just verging on to being overweight. I would probably recommend losing at least 10lb to put yourself within the more healthy weight range. Although to be honest, body fat percentage is far more important and if yours is between 15% and 30%, then you are fine. You can google online body fat calculators or you can purchase body fat scales/callipers to check your body fat percentage. HTH : )

You are just right for your height and weight. Tobe on the safe side 5 lbs. increase is not bad. What I mean SAFE-SIDE is if you happen to get seriously sick 5 lbs. cushion is good.

check the bmi. go online and type in bmi and they'll give you a calculator -- that will tell you the "healthy" weight. I am 5 foot even.. but I weigh 115 so i don't think its too bad...
