They can be faithful if they are being satisfied as much as they need by the same person. If the person that they are with is not satisfying them, then,no they cannot be faithful because they will be looking for their fix. Will a crackhead smoke crack? He will if he has it - if he doesn't what does he do - go out and get some. That is what a nympho will do. If they can't get it, they will go out and get some.

She can be faithful....but it's going to be hard to stay up to speed with her and satisfy her. Nympho's need more than just love...they need sex and if you can't get it up when she wants it then sorry for ya' buddy....she'll probably dump you and find someone who can.

Yes they can be faithful. I am one. They just like to do it all the time and can never be satisfied. I am one. I haven't met a man that is able with me yet.
When they get fed up they tend to end the relationship.
They sometimes end up with many pleasure partners but no boyfriend. That way they do not hurt anyone.

yeah it is totally possible, I am faihful, you just have to make your partner understand thet you want sex all of the time and there is no problem.
