Also "blanch" your finger. this means prss down on your thumbnail and it should go whhite. Release it and it should turn pink almost immediatly. If it linger whte for while drink and stop and activity you are doing

lightly pinch the skin on the back of the hand or arm. If it stays tented after you let go you are dehydrated.

if you pinch the skin on top of your knuckles, it will stick together..... also when you have hiccups it is a sign.....
headaches, lightheadedness, if your urine is really yellow it is a sign (should be clear)........
