How can Jealousy be controlled? I am feeling sometimes some jealousy for my girlfriend since one of my colleague discover her email address and her to his contact list ..I'm imagining a lot of things since that time , that might not be true at all ...what can I do to control that ..? .sure, I have trust in my gf, as she told me that one of my close colleague add her in his contact list ...Although she blocks him , I am imagining things ..What can I do to calm down and achieve peace ...? any idea ..?

YOu do not possess her. She is free to do as she choose and has allowed you to be with her.

I think that if you don;t act on your jealousy and keep it to your self then all should be well, and if you really can't control it then maybe you need to check yourself and see why you are so jealous and see what it is that makes you this way and trust me it's not cute and I'm sure she's not gonna be to thrilled to know that your thinking horrible things that have know merit and to make it worst she told you and even blocked the guy so what's the real story sure your not cheating or doing something your not suppose to be doing

Well you can start by getting to the bottom of things with your close colleague by asking him why in the hell is he adding your gf in his contact list. Just ask him man to man then you ask her how your colleague just happened to discover her email address. Get all the facts and see what's what and who's lying.

You said that you trust her. So work with that. If you complain to her about it, she may feel that you're controlling, for she is allowed to opposite sex friends right. Just don't think about the negative stuff, if you do it will taint your trust for her, and she will notice it.

just calm down and take a breather... my bf is still in love with one of his exs and its driving me insame he tells me like everyday if he had the chance he would go **** her and drop me like a im nothing. she's showing u she loves u she said she deletd tht guy so u have nothing to worry about so just relax and enjoy ya'lls time together not everyones has it as good as u
