Just spend some time sitting out there, quietly. Maybe offer out a little canned food or some tuna, but just set it by you and let them come up to it. Don't make a move on them for a couple of days, maybe a week or so. If they see you all the time, they will get used to you. Ignore them, and eventually they will become more curious, and come up to you. Good luck with your kitties.

The best way to get feral kitties to accept you is to:
1) Be on a schedule. Go out and feed / water the kittens at the same time(s) every day. They'll get used to your coming out to them at specific times of the day and will be less apt to be fearful (because you will be "expected")
2) Feed them regularly. Once they accept you as their food source, they'll be more apt to come close. While they're eating stand as close to the food as you can, and very slowly and gently put your hand down into the space where the food is. When they get used to seeing your hands, they'll be less apt to run or bite. Don't touch them right away; let them get used to you and/or let them initiate contact.
3) Remain calm and confident in your motions, voice, and actions when around them. Feral ktties startle at the unexpected, so if you radiate calm confidence, they'll be less likely to be fearful.
4) Don't grab at or chase them. Let them come to you.
Good luck!

first of all talk to them very softly, offer small portions of food, also bring a small toy on string and gently throw it at them then pull the string with toy toward you-and little by little they will come out . Oh make sure you use the same type of shoe or color they are always looking at your feet, and they will associate the feet-shoes with the voice.

you first have to get them to trust you, go out alone and feed them away from you and just watch let them see you, dont try to touch them for a bout a week letting them get use to you being there and everyday put the food closer to you, after a week try to pet one, never try to pick them up until they get in your lap let them smell you and play with them its just ganna take time and trust.....good luck
