i am a martial arist looking for a good diet plan anyone have any idea's i would be very gratefull.

I don't know about martial arts but a very good diet plan is Phase I. There are two places you can check out this diet. One is mercola.com and the other is knowthecause.com
This is an anti fungal diet. (which is good for everyone)

There are so many school of thoughts on which food to it and which not to. They give you all the diet plans which may be practically very difficult to follow. Even if you do so its not going to be for very long.

Few things you can watch for is:
Make sure you include lot of green vegetables, a fruit, lot of water, fish and other things go along well. Avoid lot of spices, red meat, fatty foods etc. Remember most important diet is exercising everyday, positive thinking and you are not very worried about your diet.

well ur calorie intake differ from other people coz u have a lot of physical exertion .. u need the food that will tone ur mussel , make ur bones strong and give u lot of energy for ur martial arts .. drink two glasses of milk at least .. have high carbohydrate food ..like rice , bread , for protine u can go for chicken or soybean. try taking one glass of orange juice everyday and lot of green salad may be spinach , broccoli, lettuce, cuccumber also fruits and u can trat urself with anything that u like coz anyways u will consume with ur hard work .. :)

Drink lemon juice without sugar; half lemon filled with 8 ozs water every morning. Stop eating breakfast and before lunch drink 3 glass 8 ozs water before lunch. Dinner also drink 3 glass of 8 ozs water before eating. one week later you will see the different.

weight watchers is a very good diet, i was on it and lost 115 pounds after my son was born and i have kept all the weight off in 8 years. my son is know 9 !
