Chinese! specifically Mandarin.. there's over a billion people in the world who speak mandarin as their native language. that's over twice as many as English which is the second most spoken language. Hindi is a close third behind English and Spanish is fourth.

all depends where we are talking about...if the US..than spanish would be next...several other countries english would not even be considered popular or spoken at all
