No.. you are ex's. Which means you have the right to date anybody you want. I mean you dont want to go and date her best friends, but colleges are big and there are many people.

College is a pretty big place. Just because it didn't work out with one, it doesn't mean that there aren't several others who would be interested in you, and think you are a great person. It's not like you are "banished" from dating or being with someone else.
Might be awkward when you run into your ex, but be mature about it, and it will be cool. Don't badmouth your ex to others. You don't have to prove anything. Just concentrate on being the best person you can be. It doesn't matter what your ex and your ex's friends think.

It's not hopeless. Most campuses are pretty big. That's not to say that people won't know your ex. But just say there are two sides to every story and you are ready to move on.

Not impossible.. Some women may even find you even more attractive now that you are available.. however, you can't let the ex continue to hang around you, because other women may feel that you are not truly ready to move on.
