Assuming that Chow Chows are the same as Cheebas (I have no clue because when I searched online I couldn't find any information) the you should check this: http://www.chowwelfare.com/cciw/canada.htm
site out. They have links to rescues in Canada that usually have Chow Chows. Please adopt your pet, they need homes to live in and may be "put down" if someone does not give them a new home. There will always be some one who buys from breeders (for lots of money), but the pets in shelters need help from people like you.

You are thinking of a Shiba Inu...they are a smaller breed dog with short camel colored fur and a tail that curls up and around to their back. I believe they come from the Spitz family of dogs. They are not very popular, so they may take some searching to find...but they are pretty cute dogs!

If you mean a Shiba Inu, here is a link to the Shiba Inu Canada, the national breed club. They should be able to direct you to some breeders.
