Nope.
There isn't.
That's why there's crazy Christians running around all over the place.
I bet in 100 years or so, Christians will rule the country.
If not the world.
And if you're not Christian, you will be killed.
I've thought of that many times.

AND TO ALL YOU RELIGIOUS PEOPLE WHO PREACH TO EVERYONE....F*CKING STOP IT!
NOT EVERYONE CARES!

(Not all christians do it, but a lot do. So if you're not one of them, don't worry about it)

There is no proof of anything; only indications. When enough people (or the right people) substantiate the indications, it's called evidence. Proof is just perception.

Every intelligent evolutionist already knows that monkey to man is an implausible leap. However, without sanctioned evidence of an alternative scenario, all indications of the role/existence of a "God" are ignored.

St Thomas Aquinas in his book Summa Theologica laid out a number of rather compelling "proofs" for the existence of god. His five arguments are in summary:

1. The Argument From Motion : Every thing in the universe is in motion. In order for something to be in motion it has to have been acted upon by something else. Extrapolating backwards in time you come to either something that moved itself, or something that started the chain of motion that itself remained unmoved. An "unmoved mover" outside of space and time.

2. Causation Of Existence : Everything is the result of something else. Nothing can create itself. Given that there is a universe we live in, something had to create it. (Not one of the strongest arguments IMHO)

3. Contingent and Neccessary Objects : This is very similar to the argument above it. There are two types of objects in the world, contingent and neccessary objects. In order for there to be contingent objects, there is a necessary object that brought the contingent object into existence.

4. The Agrument From Degrees And Perfection : Since you can look at two paintings and judge one more beautiful than the other, there must be some standard of beauty and perfection in the universe that we can judge against. That standard is god. (his second weakest argument.)

5. The Agrument From Intelligent Design : There is an order to the world...blah blah blah. We've all heard this one before.

Those are his five. Not the best arguments, but I suppose that is what you get for trying to rationalize something as unknowable as god.

Evolution!

Consciousness is proof of God. There is no reason for consciousness. We could be soul-less automatons with all the characteristics of personality and animation without this thing we call self-awareness or consciousness. But we are not. Consciousness is not a result of matter. There is no reason for matter to produce that sense of I-ness that is attached to your body, that localized field of awareness that seems to set you apart from others and makes you feel as if you are the center of the universe. God is awareness itself, consciousness of which you are made. It is as if you are a drop in the ocean. The ocean is God. You carry inside you all the essence of the ocean.

I see no proof for the existence of deities. Nor do I see any against. It's an unknown that may or may not be answered after death. Til then, I will put my efforts towards my fellow human beings.

It depends on what your definition of proof is...

Like in a court of law..there is incontrovertable proof..and then there is the "more likely than not, or reasonable" proof...

Some people would say that, when taking in all of reality..all of the amazing conditions that exist..even when stripped down to basic mathematics..warrant the belief in a creator...

Proof of God, I hope, is in my smile and the kindness I show towards others. That's what I, as a Christian, am supposed to do, is to let His Love shine through me :)

yep, when u see a leg grow out to size of the other one u will believe it, or when u see a baby healed after hemorrhaging , and doctors don't even know where the blood was coming from then u will believe it. just open your heart and your mind and pray to Him and let Him work miracles in your life and u will see all the proof u need.

Supposedly we're the proof of God's existence. It is said that we are created in his image. but we only have a very small fraction of his power. As far as real tangible evidence I don't know.
