If you feel you have a mental health issue (ILLNESS), call your local Public Health Department. You can find them in your local Yellow Pages (online). They will point you to a place where you can be treated for free, or on a sliding scale basis (pay by what you can afford).

If you cannot get a repeat prescription in time - go to your regular pharmacist - he/she can give you a standard pack or a certain number of days of a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) for a number of conditions to tide you over until your Doctor can arange for the repeat prescription.

It seems to be really bad, huh, to the point you can't even get your question out correctly-might need to take a trip to your Dr.

Please be careful. If you are desperate ring your surgery or please alert one of your neighbours or call someone. Try & get someone to keep you company when your feeling like this. If you feel suicidal or have taken something you shouldn't ring NHS direct on 0845 4647 or dial 999. Take care :)
