Want somewhere that's not too fancy and not too casual, but serves good cocktails. Please give me the address as well.

London is a big place, so knowing the area is important, and also the type of place can differ quite a bit. I have provided some resources below, but also my top 10 picks and the link to the address.

As far as my personal best cocktail bars in London (in no particular order & links provided):
1) E&O in Notting Hill, or Eight over Eight in Chelsea (same owner)

2) Montgomery Place (Notting Hill) - fairly new and a great place; friendly staff, light bites, beautiful interior, unpretentious and delicious cocktails.

3) Hush (near Bond Street) - this is really unpretentious, busy slightly upscale after work crowd, and really nice drinks

4) Eclipse in South Kensington- Walton St

5) Zuma Restaurant (sushi restaurant, but a great bar)

6) Sanderson Hotel (great cocktail menu & nice scene)

7) Light Bar at the St. Martins Lane Hotel

8) Nobu Bar near Berkeley Square (one of the most beautiful bars in London)

9) Cocoon (near Regents Street) - its a restaurant, but it has a great buzzy late night bar (important in London where everything shuts so early)

10) Beaufort - Chelsea (younger crowd...but fun)

The best site to get this info would probably be Time Out Bars & Pubs section: http://www.timeout.com/london/bars/features/

Here is a list of hotel bars from Time Out:

There is also a site called World's Best Bars - its definitely worth a look to read the descriptions as well as the user comments:

Urbanpath is also a great resource

I doubt so that you could order on line, in spite of the indisputable fact that the impressive bakery round perfect right here's through far Angelos. there is one in the North end, and a couple of in the south end. the newest one is on Wonderland through Southdale.
