Before you do it, ask yourself if you will like yourself the next morning - you know its wrong dude, I did this once and its still something I feel ashamed about (in fact, this is the first time I've ever told anyone).
Besides, some women just like to flirt and leave it there as something meaningless and playful, if you make a move it may be exactly what she doesnt want. It could ruin a friendship and make things very uncomfortable...

Show interest, but still keep your distance. Practice the art of innuendo. If she's open to an affair it will become obvious, and then you can make your move. If she's NOT open to an affair and you make a move, that can spell big trouble.

Er, she's married.... hasn't this shown up on your radar as something to avoid? There are so many single women out there, why pick one who is married? I see nothing in your question either that would even make me think she is even remotely interested in you other than a co-worker whom she is friendly with. I emphasize the word 'friendly'.
Even if she is chasing you like mad, there is only one thing to remember - her husband might be a whole lot bigger than you, with a very nasty temper. Stay safe and find a woman without these kinds of complications.

Just carry on flirting ... that's the only thing that won't exactly break anyone's heart!
If you were to have an affair with her, what would happen at work if you broke up? How about her husband? Has she got kids too?
Look but don't touch is my advice ... you know it makes sense!

Continue flirting her gently like you do and become a little bit more aggressive day by day. Take it easy! Don't scare her away, remember if she is married she will want to make an affair with someone serious and trustworthy.
See how she reacts. Keep in mind, women will wait practically until you unbear your soul, pretending that you have a chave a chance with them before they turn you down! So don't be dissapointed whatever happens...
If you see possitive reaction, get her away from the work environment before you make your move. I would suggest that you invite her out cassually, like for a coffee. Best arrange it for around night time, women are easier seduced at night.
If she accepts, she is yours! You know what to do next...

well first off you have to consider her marriage, she's not yours she is with someone else...she may not even fancy you...just because she chats via email etc...does not mean there will be a romance blossoming...plus you work with this woman..what if she turns you down...how foolish would you feel having to face her in work every day...i say no to interfering with married ones....bad move...

tisk tisk...did you not see how Carrie's affiar (off of Sex and the City) worked out? People get hurt...they lose teeth or lose pieces of their heart. This woman took vows with her husband...did you ever stop to think how much it will hurt him now and down the road if you act on this? I suggest you move on and try and find someone who can love you completely and be completely yours...you deserve that much and should look for that.

stop flirting with her. you wouldnt want to ruin a family would you? and besides, when the time comes that you'll get married, do you want your wife to cheat on you and make out with other guys? you see, marriage is sacred, as the bible says, no one should ever separate a couple who has joined by God. thats adultery and a big sin to God, the husband of that girl, the girl from your office, and yourself!

dont do it!!! Not only are you being stupid trying to get involved with a married woman - the fact that ye work together is doubly dangerous.
Enjoy the flirting and banter between ye but dont take it any further.
