Erinvale is a great course, Steenberg is pretty and then closer to Paarl Pearl Valley is a treat to play. For a challenge try Atlantic Beach especially when the wind is blowing:)
The Strand is a fun course too

Erinvale is a beautiful golf course, tucked away at the foot of the Somerset West mountains.

I don't think Atlantic beach is so great - it's got a distant view of Table Mountain - not as scenic as the other courses in Cape Town, and there's no rough, only fairway and out of bounds (I normally lose a lot of balls in a round there).

Arabella I haven't played (yet!), but I've heard a lot about it and it's on the list (a bit out of the way Hermanus side).
