My cat would prefer to dip her paw in a glass of water and lick it than to drink out of her water dish. She'll jump up on tables and drink out of your water glass and if it's empty, she'll tip it and push it around until you fill it for her!!! (we no longer use glass - just plastic)
What does your cat do???

my cats are both silly

jake likes to wash his paws after he uses the litter box

lexi dashes around the house and, if you get in her way, stops and stares at you as if to say "how dare you!"

My cat Sassy, which is a female of course. She is too silly for words. She does the exact same thing that your cat does with the water. She will not drink her own water, but she will drink my water out of my glass or the dogs water out of their bowl. She loves to attack the toilet paper when I am not home or while I am asleep. She also loves to get into the cabinets. one time my husband left the utensil drawer open I suppose for a second and then closed it before he left for work and then after an hour I didnt see my cat. I almost had a panic attack because I thought she got outside, but she somehow got into the drawer and I suppose got stuck there. She is always trying to fit into the smallest boxes. She is so cute and weird at times. She will literally attack her tail if she is bored enough, and she sometimes likes to chase any type of bug that comes into the house. Meaning water bugs, moths, etc and it is hilarious.

One of my cats is silly with her food and water too. She pulls her crunch out of her bowl one piece at a time with her paw and eats it off the floor one by one.
She drops little toys in her water bowl and gets them soaking wet, but prefers to drink from the bathtub faucet.
Kitties!

Those things are the exact reasons we have cats as our babies, cus of the nonstop comedy they provide!
We have 4 kitties, and there is an endless supply of hilarity, they chase each other, play hockey with bottle caps on the floor, lay on their backs and look like roadkill, all kinds of cute and sweet stuff, you get more comedy from them than any TV show!

Lucy C. Tabby now seems quite sane compared to some of these felines. She has taught me to play fetch. She brings me the lids off 2-liter soda bottles (I leave these out for her) and me job is to throw it for you her to chase. when she is tried of whacking it around, she brings it back to me and I throw it again. This goes on until she is tired of the game.
She also has to search the kitchen cabinets every few days or so. I tell her there is nothing in there for her, but she does it anyway.
She won't wear a collar. The first on she tool off and left in the middle of the floor. I put it back on her. When she took it off again, she did it behind the sofa so it took me a while to find it.

My cat Seven is awesome. My brother was cooking bacon, and he had the raw bacon in his hand by his waist. My cat was in the kitchen watching this for a while, then jumps up grabs the bacon and ran like the wind.

They drink out of the hose like a dog, they don't mind if you throw them up in the air and catch them, they try to open doors by jumping up to the handle, and they sleep on my car after they roll in the dirt.

My one year old, Ginger, chases her tail... Yep, just like a dog! Usually in the afternoon she'll realize something is following her and she rolls around trying to get it, spinning all around... it's hilarious!
