i have a lovely 7 month old tibetern terrier puppy, after much research we decided this breed of dog would be best for us, was just wondering why no1 else seems to own one? my dog is truely my new best friend

I don't but I've gotten to know some at dog shows. I was attracted to them because when they're in full coat and looking gorgeous, they look so much like a bearded collie in miniature! I like their looks and their temperaments. They should never have been called "terriers" because they don't have the typical terrier personality, and thinking they do, would turn some people away from this terrific breed. Enjoy your puppy!

my mum has a tibtean terier she is black and white and lovely she is 9 now and quite old but still as bright and livelly as ever and a good companion, doesnt often lick, still has moments of mad play, likes a walk but once walking always jumps on the back of the legs cos she wants to be carried (think my dad treted her too much like a toddler there)!! not a common dog at all and youll always be taken back if you ever see another out and about i have only ever come accross 1 dog when on a walk its weird!!

ive got a yorkshire terrier crossed with a staffordshire terrier and she is gorgeous and my best m8 although im not keen on staffordshire bull terriers she needed a home when she was 5 weeks old and i took her in and never looked back since i love her to bits.

No i have a lovely 6 month old Patterdale Terrier and she is adorable!!!!!! I did look into a few terrriers and they were one, but we got the option of a patterdale first!!!!! Good Luck with yours xx

I have a tibetan spaniel. They are even rarer than tibetan terriers.
