Nope. They will not even let you on the aircraft. Visa is required, sponsor letter, form, 2 photos, money and a long wait ouside the Embassy - unless you go to one of the "agencies" that will produce a visa and sort everthing out - at a fee - but well worth it . Russians have a word for the Spanish word "manyana" - but their word does not have the same sense of urgency.

VisaHQ WILL provide letters of invitation, for a value. I used them to get a three 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, different get authentic of entry to vacationer visa. I visited Tomsk and Moscow. be particular to sign in your visa, the lodges will do this for you. and that i'd recommend that you save all reciepts, tickets and different documentation till our holiday is over. Have an incredible time.

If you are american, or west-european, NO, you can't, even for a transit between the 2 Moscow airport you need a visa... (I don't know for other countries).

And even with a visa, if you stay more than 3 days in a town, you must go to police there to be 'registered'...

Don't even think about it! You also need a sponsor to provide a letter of introduction with your planned travel schedule and hotels ( which you can change sometimes).
