Mine is beans and cheese, then cheese and coleslaw, then tuna mayo and sweetcorn.

Once on Family Fortunes the question was "We asked a hundred people to name a filling for a jacket potato" and the lady said "Jam"....... I've never tried that one, think I'll stick with cheesy beans.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon butter or margarine

mmm....beans no cheese, then cheese and branston and then same as you tuna mayo and corn. That family fortunes was hilarious, people would just say the 1st thing they thought of...often due to nerves would be a complete long shot...never heard of anyone having jacket and jam!

I'd say (in order of preference)

Coleslaw
cheese
Mayonnaise (only a little bit though)
Butter

Never put beans on my jacket potato before so i might try that tonight. Jam though? That's just too weird for me so i'll give it a miss

Much prefer scooping the cooked potato out of the skins, then mixing it with diced cheese and spring onion season with black pepper, then place mix back into the skins, sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese melts inside the potato.
