The Old Testament was written in Hebrew, with the except of a small section of Daniel which is in Aramaic.
The New Testament texts are all in Greek. But there is some evidence that the Gospel of Matthew may have existed in Aramaic before it was rewritten by Matthew into Greek.

What languages are SPOKEN is another issue.

Over the 2000 years of the Old Testment, probably has many laguages were spoken. Many races and cultures appear in the Old Testment, each with its own language(s). But for the Jews, Hebrew was the standard language.

By the New Testament, Hebrew - while still used in religious rituals - had been replaced by Aramaic as the standard spoken language for the Jews. Appears that Aramaic was the language that Jesus spoke and taught it. Greek was the most common language across the (known) world at the time, so most people also spoke Greek. That is why the NT was written it Greek, so the largest possbile audience could read it. Most of the Romans also spoke Latin. So Greek, Aramaic, and Latin were the commonly spoken languages of the New Testament.

most of the Bible is today written in most all language. There is at least one missionary organization that is working on this full time. Originally in Israel the language spoken was Aramaic. There is one Bible translated specifically from that language for every book where the scripture is written in that oriinal language. That text is called the perchita text. This is the lamsa translation. Most scripture in the new testiment was written in greek. The earliest written sources are in this language. The old testiment is written in hebrew. There is an issue about that translation with regards to if the septuagent is used or earlier text. Translation from that language is particularly difficult because it is a language based in pictures which is not the type of language that english is, or greek is either. There are other things about translating that it is important to know like if the translation is literal or a paraphrase. All these and more are relevant questions when assertaining the correct information available to us.

At Babel, all root languages were created there. Specific languages spoken by people or locales mentioned in the Bible, aside from Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, Latin, and their respective local dialects, would probably include Arabic (and a number of variants thereof, including Median, Babylonian, and Persian), and a number of North African languages (such as Coptic).

The Bible itself was written in Hebrew and Aramaic (Old Testament) and Greek (New Testament). However, 98% of the world has, either in whole, or in part, a Bible printed in their language. SIL International alone has translated at least one book of the Bible in 2,400 of their listed 6,900 languages.

EDIT : And to Deepest Blue - "En arche en ho logos, en pros ton theon, kai theos en ho logos." means the exact same thing as "Am Anfang war das Wort. Das Wort war bei Gott, ja das Wort war Gott." which means the exact same thing as "Yn y dechreuad yr oedd y Gair; yr oedd y Gair gyda Duw, a Duw oedd y Gair." which means the exact same thing as "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." - John 1:1 in Greek, German, Welsh, and English. There is no discrepancy.

Hebrew, Greek and some verses were written in Aramaic. But I believe the roman soldiers who killed Jesus spoke Latin. And Moses spoke Egyptian, because that's where he grew up.
