How old are you? That makes a difference on what I would tell you. Sorry no advice here. I could be telling a 14 year old to do something she shouldn't

If you are an adult this advise is for you, if you are under 18 then I say no...
I think allot of it depends on your current phone relationship. How close are you, what do you talk about? That kind of thing.
All I can tell you is my experience, looking back I probably screwed up but it worked out in the end and have never regretted a second of it.
I met my hubby via a phone dating service. We talked for a couple months and then had our first date, he was cooking supper for me. The attraction was so strong we never got to supper, lol. That was the day before New Years, I moved in with him in Feb, we were married in Apr and this past April was our 8th anniversary and we are still going strong.
I know it was over the phone but we got to really know each other before we had a chance for the physical stuff to get in the way so when we did meet it wasn't like a first date, it was like we had known each other forever.

You don't want to sleep with a man you just met, no matter how much of a connection you feel over the phone. Feelings are intense between people when they meet in person and eventually taper off over time. It will take some time before you know it this guys is worth sleeping with.

I could give you an in-depth explanation why you shouldn't sleep with the dude on your first date or on any other date...until you get married, but somehow i don't think that's what you are looking for...the bigger picture is always important...always! What is the bigger picture?? Well, when you have sex, your soul ties with the other person...in short, you allow everything that's in him, mind, body and soul...to be ONE with you and visa versa...in other words, it goes deeper than just physical pleasure...it's a gateway for every demon that could be in him, to also be in you...lust, anger, anxiety, fear, guilt, hatred...it goes on and on... the problem with a lot of people is, that they see other girls or guys purely as a sex object, just a shag or a number on their list...but they forget that it's a spiritual thing...and it's a beautiful thing that's been so corrupted. You see, everything beautiful is on the Deceivers' list to destroy...and if you sleep with someone outside marriage, it destroys the everlasting bond it should be...you're not supposed to sleep with as many guys as posible...it's not a race or a competition...but a devine connection, a sacred romance! Also, even if it's a stable relationship and blah blah blah, it doesn't make it right either...if you really love him and he loves you - why don't you commit to marriage??? To say you love someone or their's a connection...doesn't mean you should sleep with him on your first date...but what LOVE really means is that you accept that person with all his faults and whatevers and still love him the same, without having intentions to change him/her to suit your needs. Love is unconditional... Check out the song 'easier than love' by Switchfoot or just read the lyrics...sex is easier than love! "Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things, but also approve of those who practise them." Romans 1: 28-32, Holy Bible, New International Version.

First of all if you have not even met there is no way you should sleep with him the first time!!!!! I don't know how old you are but... Let's assume your a teen ager. Here are some facts for you.... Among youth age 13 to 19, 57 percent of reported HIV infections. In the United States, half of all new HIV infections occur in people under age 25; one-fourth in people under the age of 21.Each year U.S. youth under age 20 experience nearly four million sexually transmitted infections (STIs)—including herpes, human papillomavirus (HPV), chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV.2 Although declining rates of vaginal intercourse and increased condom use among sexually experienced youth sound hopeful

Look, the worst thing you can do is sleep with him the first time you see him. Have you ever seen any movies where they lived happily ever after......after sleeping with each other the first time they are together. It will be worth waiting.....and I don't mean waiting until you are married like that dufus responded above.

only if you feel its right but myself would wait. I am a guy but just feel that if you make a mistake by moving so wuickly you cant take it back. But on the other hand if you wait and its a good healthy relationship you can sleep with him forever.
