Very few. But I do use a dental pick like the dentist uses every day, better than flossing.

6-7 times a week. I am a dental hygienist.... so I have to practice what I preach!
I LOVE the Reach floss holder.

I have never flossed. Then again, I have gum problems mostly as a result of never flossing. Don't do what I do: floss daily!

Every day. It takes only a matter of hours for plaque and tarter to form, then requiring a dental cleaning. The only way to prevent periodontal disease is to rinse, brush and floss daily.

Every night. To do it less is to run the risk of expensive problems later. To not do it at all is to not care about having friends. Gum disease is terrible.
