No injuries
Enough rest. Body builds while you rest.

No magic results. It takes time.

I have always been painfully thin until recently.
I think when your body is ready to put weight on it will.
I stopped smoking to put weight on.

I must admit that I feel better with more weight on and I do feel really sorry for you cause I know what it is like to look half staved!
And to the person that put that eat two buffets a week! You obviusly never known anyone like this cause I could have eaten 4 buffets a DAY and wouldn't have put weight on!
People kept saying you'll put it on when you get to 25 then 30 then 35 well finally put it on aged 36!

Just eat what you like and enjoy it if you can

try the MC Donald's diet Ive seen a programme on TV were the presenter had MC Donald's breakfast dinner and tea and supper, he put weight on .no on a serious note you need to see your Doctor who can put you in touch with a dietitian, good luck

PROTEIN FOOD AND DRINKS,ALSO THE GYM A FEW TIMES A WEEKS, SHOULD HELP YOU PUT ON WEIGHT AND BUILD MUSCLE,I SUGGEST YOU GET SOME GOOD LITERATURE FROM THE LIBRARY BEFORE YOU GET TOO SERIOUS AS YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE YOURSELF ILL EITHER.

you could try eating and eating and forget the working out!!!!! seriously speak to a diet specialist or your doctor
