A little known secret: buying groceries. Keep an eye on the produce and frozen food sections. Young single women eat a lot of salad and microwave their dinners if they don't have time to make one. If you spot a girl you have a ready-made excuse to open a conversation with her, just ask her something about the products (e.g., "excuse me, but how can you tell if this is ripe?"). Trust me, this space is much calmer than a bar and you will have a better chance of meeting a good woman. Second option: shopping. Most men run from women's shopping. Embrace it. Some men are looking for gifts to buy so just casually walk through the shops where women might go.
