he is not talking to me and i am not able to say sorry to him.
few days before he found out that i watch porn.
i know the mater will be solved when i say sorry but every time i go i am not able to collect my guts to say sorry as if i start chocking or something.

It sounds like you know (for whatever reason) that you want to appoligize to your dad. You just need to do it. Role play the event in your head and actually say the words out loud (you can do this in front of a mirror or while driving). Be sincere about what you are apologizing for. If it is that you are sorry about watching porn, or if your sorry that he found out, whatever, but keep it real. Good luck.

It's never easy to apologize to a parent especially your Dad, but you will feel so much better when you do. Just say Dad, I'd like to talk to you for a minute, will you sit down with me? He certainly won't say no to you. Take a deep breathe, collect your thoughts and just say it...Dad, I'm sorry I disappointed you. Then it's done and a weight will be lifted off your shoulders and your Dad will respect your maturity. Good Luck

You don't say how old you are, you don't say if you are male or female either. I am going to take a wild guess you must be in your early teens and if your Dad isn't talking to you you must be a female and the reason is that he is more uncomfortable with the idea than angry. I suggest you get a third person involved (maybe your mother) to help you tell him that you are sorry.

well thats not much of a reason for him not to talk to you, but if u cant say sorry to him, then write him a note, i sure he would then forgive you, sometimes putting things on paper can be so much easy. but saying sorry really isn't that hard, i hope this has helped, tell him u wont do it again or something like that,

Buy a gift and flower for him when you stand front of him he may smile or will find out your mean, then you can say sorry to him easily.
