My best friend who was my boss before he left to work sumwer else and my friend who i also worked with in the same store(we all worked toghther) and are still friends, them two are going out and have been for a year. so i am going out on sunday with her sister so is it frowned upon even tho my friend doesnt actually mind

No, if his sister likes you then what is his problem.
He would be happier because his sister is going out with a guy who he knows well and not some stranger.
