if your not loosing weight and your exercising and dieting, you should check your thyroid. I myself come from a family of big women. my mom is chunky , my sis is border line fat and we have both had two children. my sis chooses to eat what she wants and not loose weight. I gained 65 lbs during my last pregnancy and have lost 55 lbs. i think it is possible to get back in shape after a baby but just give yourself time. i belong to a mommy fitness club and there are over 75 women who have had 2, 3 even up to 5 kids and loose weight. so if your not loosing it could be another issue, beyond your control!!! keep at it, and get a doc to check you out! you can do it if you really want to!! the very best of luck to you1!

One of the biggest causes of not getting the weight off is from not being happy.

Exercise doesn't do it by itself and even then, it depends on what type of exercise you're doing.

Load up on fresh fruits and veggies. Smile big every chance you get. Give yourself 1 day a week to eat what ever the heck you want. Cut the high fructose corn syrups and unnecessary sugars from your diet- carbonated drinks, mayo, ketchup- you'll be surprised to find where it hides. Keep up the exercises- try Pilate's or just walking. Find out what your caloric needs are for your current weight, the weight you want to be and find the center of those 2. Start off there, then adjust the intake downward as you lose weight. Never skip breakfast. Add 2 glasses of grapefruit juice or 2 whole grapefruits to your daily meals- again make sure the juice is 100% juice, with no corn syrup or sugar added.

You should start to see some results within a week or two. Don't forget to SMILE!!!

Oh hunny I am the same way. :( I know! I know! I am in the same boat.

Docs have looked into it and found some vitamin deficiencies...but that isn't helping lose the weight. The anti-anxiety I was on (Paxil) helped GAIN the weight so now I am off that.

Head to the docs to see if it's an under laying factor.

But when exercise doesn't work (and it's not for me either) the only thing you really CAN do is severely cut you calories. I have a rule : If I cant pick it I dont eat it. :) Lettuce, tomato's, fruit, etc... and it seems to help. Only been dong it a week tho. :)

Our metabolisms are screwed to all ends now, thats the bottom line. :P

I don' t have a good answer for that but I can tell you something that worked for me in general.

For about 8 weeks I ate kashi go lean crunch cereal with 2% milk for breakfast dinner and supper. I snaked on apple sauce and fruit in between and some raw vegetables like carrots celery etc. It really worked for me I lost 35lbs and went from a size 14 jeans to a size 2-4. It was great. I was always full and felt really healthy. Try it, it does get boring but in the long run you will be amazed at the results.
oh yea and I forgot to mention that the weight just started melting off and best of all I DID NOT EXERCISE at all!!!!!

there are several things that could cause it from your thyrod to your birth control. I know depo made my friend gain more weight after her son was born then she did when she was preggers with him. I would go do the doctor and see if maybe one of those is the facter the other thing is maybe changing you diet I dont know what you eat but maybe you should eat smaller portions and I Know that some food produce more energy and can help you burn more maybe that is something you should look in to. Also medications can affect your weight. good luck! but just so you feel better I have had 2 kids and I weigh 35 lbs more now then before I was preggers and I cant lose it either I think it is something you might have to deal with!

finished fat milk has a greater physically powerful fat soluble nutrition content fabric because of the fact it extremely is finished fat milk. finished fat milk is counseled for pre college toddlers. After one twelve months toddlers could be having approximately 500mls of milk or 2 on a regular basis servings of yogurt, cheese or different dairy product (till they have a lactose hypersensitivity). Skimmed milk has much less fat and much less fat soluble supplementations. Cows milk is quite low in Iron and this basically concerns if the toddler's weight loss software is barely milk. Purees meals and toddler meals have much less of the fat soluble supplementations in them so it extremely is greater undemanding to furnish finished cows milk to make up the adaptation. it is likewise why 2 parts of dairy an afternoon help.

this is perfectly natural. most women have this problem after two or three babies, your tummy was overstretched during your pregnancy. the bad news is it's almost impossible to lose all the weight without surgery but keep at the exercising if you don't lose any weight at least your health will be better.
