I have not dyed it in over a year, so the top was brown , which I wanted and the back still had a little blonde in it. So I tried to do it light brown and now it's got a green tint. One lady told me to go back to dark blonde so I tried that but the green tint is still there!!! Someone else told me to try ALOE RID by Nexxus? What to do???

go to the hairdressers and get them to sort it. I recently tried to dye my hair a nice auburn colour however I ended up a horrible orange. The hairdressers managed to sort it out for me though and now it looks lovely!

You needed to use a red filler with the brown dye you used that had a green base. You don't need to strip anything out of your hair, you just need to put some red back in your hair. Everything that people told you to do was totally wrong.

I have Aloe Rid. Its just a thick, concentrated shampoo. Sadly it won't do anything. Try the hair color remover or stripper from the beauty supply. Wal-mart carries it too. If all else fails dye it a darker color.

Stop! Wait. Now you really must wait a little before using any more chemicals on your hair. Give your hair a chance to grow a little and get back some natural oils before you do anything else.

Is it the blonde area that has the green tint in it?

I did the same thing about two weeks ago. Just leave it alone and it will fade over time. Use extra conditioner on it so your hair doesn't get dryed out. I've been out in the sun everyday and it actually looks good now.

The best thing to do is strip the color completely and then color it the color you want. After you do this and color it you will need a really good professional conditioner, from the beauty supply.

Shave it off and start over. You might even like the look and the freedom of no hair.
