talk to a counsler or seek professional guidance. there's hotlines you can call and such. seek some guidance in either case.
i know what it's like to feel depressed and pissed of at everyone...not fun. counseling helped me a lot. it helped me realize the errors fo my thinkings. how i would overgeneralize and how that affected my mood. for example ...everyone is a jerk and everyone treats me like crap....now i had to ask myself through counseling, was that true? no it wasn't true; it was a gross overgeneralization.
CBT cognative behaviroal therapy. "Feeling Good" by Dr. Burns. great book helped a lot and remember your thoughts are usually some type of exageration.
You will get up! And you will feel good!

most people would find it beneficial , but I think part of the journey could be by yourself, without too many well wishers' input , which can be confusing. If you are suicidal , then you definately need medical intervention, but if not all that bad , then tell people when you need your space.
there is nothing wrong with being either way :¬)

You say you are depressed but then you say you are happy. I personally think you are just feeling down with the world and everyone in it.. my suggestion, go out buy the biggest tub of ice cream you can, sit in front of the tv and veg out !!!

Man... wake up and live your life. Smile a lot, listen to some music, love and make love to your gf or wifey and be happy. I've been through the same so I know what I'm saying. Don't think too much about the future: you don't even know if you're going to live up to it. Cheers

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.
