Blushing has become very rare now a days, even in novels it seem out of context to try mentioning it.
Somehow you seem to be re-gifted with this good feminine grace that nature adorns a girl with !
The embarrassment is just because you feel singled out.
Stopping it seems to refuse this gift. Ask the opinion of elderly people, especially those elderly respectable ladies, before you proceed to get rid of this ! Either way , it would not last too long unless a person really maintains self-awareness too well.

No one is better than you believe that

It sounds like you've been cooped up in the house for awhile. I suggest that you make it a point to go out a bit more often; continue shopping, go to the park, go for walks, etc. And, of course, bring your child with you. As you're out and about more, you'll get used to being out in public and mayhap you won't feel so embarassed anymore.

You're being too self conscious. Try to focus on making the people around you fee more comfortable and interesting, shifting your focus from how YOU feel and "play hostess" when you're out. I know it sounds silly, but it really works. Stop being so SELF conscious and become OTHERS conscious.
