I saw my ex wit a girl and heard their dateing, we broke up cos he wasnt treating me fair which i know he has all the right in the world to have a new gilr but it hurts still, its only being off with us about 3 weeks and i hear he likes her, i cant fer the heck of seem to meet anybody i dont know why im not bad looking ha ha......i just have this churning feeling in my stomach every time i think of them togther, how does this feeling go away

Yes, the feeling will go away. You just need to give it time. While the feeling may not be so good, it is best just to go with it until it's gone. Fighting it will only prolong your misery.

Well same happened except he left me!!! And I heard about them a month after we broke off!!!
The feeling does not go away easy!!!! People R probably telling you to keep yourself busy and to not let them upset ya but keeping yourself busy only helps for a while then the feeling comes back!!!
TIME, it's been 2 months now and the churning feeling is still sticking like glue!!! But hopefully with time you and I will get rid of this feeling!!! I really know what you are going through and I know that with time and lots of it too we will be able to go on with our lives!! Like the saying goes: The upside of a problem is that it will be alright someday!!!

Yes.
It's hard, true, but the fact is the feeling WILL go away eventually. Broaden your own circle of friends by trying something a bit different. That way you don't stand a chance of bumping into the two of them. Join the gym, take up an evening class, go speed dating or whatever floats your boat. Anything so long as you won't bump into them nor anyone that reminds you of them.
In time, you will be so busy that it will all seem a distant past memory. Onwards and upwards!

Yep, it will go away. It's feels like a eternity but it will. Been there done that. I think you might be starting the "angry" phase shortly(real and normal) though. He sure doesn't seem to be loosing any sleep over your break up and it seemed he had a lack of respect for you . In the long run your the winner in this situation not the other gf. it will go away it just takes a little time. Try to keep busy, do stuff with your friends and soon you wont be thinking about him at all. Dont woorrry about meeting someone or rush into something just cuz your ex has a new gf. Just be yourself and youll meet someone new when your ready to. Dont jump on the first guy that comes along to make your ex jealous thats just dumb . It sucks , and it hurts , but it wont last forever trust me soon you will not care at all.

See this is always there as a human when you have affection with other u always feel bad .I suggest you that ,try to think in a positive way ,donot blame yousrself or him.Just think he doesnt care of u ,but you where a right human and you would not feel jealous of such things and always pray he should be happy ,with whomsoever he is ,because your are true and gentle human being and always want your ex ' happines in either terms.
Then see you will feel bad for just few days and after that when you will see he is happy in his life you will also become calm .u wil see life in a broader way ,and ya ur Mr perfect is Waiting just for you ........keep Smiling.

It'll take time but you will get over it. It hurts because you feel like he never cared since he can get a new girl so fast while you are still reeling from the break up. People show their true colors when you break up with them. See how fast he moved on? He's a jerk.
Forget about him, don't talk about him with your friends, don't give him the satisfaction of you still wanting him. Just move on! Keep busy. Love will find you when you stop looking. Take it easy.

yes it will vAnIsH. try 2 4get about him. eat some chocolate and play any sport. avoiding him is a must. then play any sport some more. then see if they still like each other, if they do ur in bad luck, but if they dont try to avoid him some more =D. if not again eat some chocolates, do any sport and blah blah blah again. of course boiis change from gurl 2 gurl u noe. dats how i defeated my broken heart when he left me.
