I think 10th and 12th board exam, as it comes in winter of march, after one month in april i.e. summer it dies but the results come on internet throughout the world (as the roots grows upward)

Could be - Hair.
You grow it longer in the winter to keep warm, it dies when you cut it off in the summer and.....your roots grow upwards.
