I met this guy last year during midyear holidays he stays in durban and im studying in pretoria, i love the guy and we've been 2gether since. Then i met another guy this year a few months back, we became sort of friends for a while then he proposed. I couldn't lie and tell him i didn't like him too coz he saw th@ i was lieying through my teeth. So i told him th@ I liked him but could not be with him. He kept on pushing and is still pushing that i give him a chance, and he is not willing to be a friend. I really don't want to loose him as a friend but i also dont want to be his girlfriend, so WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This is one of those questions there is no good answer for.... You have to ask yourself who you truly love and want to be with (if either). Be willing to accept the result of your choices for the good or the bad and then move forward. Never second guess yourself.
That being said.... I think the second guy is moving REALLY fast, perhaps he has other motivations?

he is being quite insensitive if he is not willing to be only friends, of course he may love you and have sotrong feelings which would make it hard for him to just be friends. However he should also repsect ur boyfriend and ur wishes, he may try again in the future but for now uve got to make it cleaar that its either friendship or nothing as hard as it may be since u want to be with ur boyfriend. Secondly if this guy really does love u tell him that ur happiness is what should count to him no matter how much it may hurt him that u dont want to be more than friends. Tell him that and see his reactions and if he still doesnt want to just be friends i would say it may be hard to let him go but u also cant have ur cake and eat it (trust me i know about that, i totally understand ur situation) but ulitmately u love one more than the other and uve got to do the right thing.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what

Same thing as me except this is my friend that is doing that with the guy that I like sorry but sense I am in this right now I cant tell you I have to do it on my own first then I will tell you!

Tell him honestly that you are in love with someone else. Be very honest but polite. Also tell him that his friendship means a lot to you and that if he doesnt want to be only friends then you will have to call it quits. If he really cares, he will stick around.
