Actually, not all English sentences end with a period, do they? You need to work on English sentence construction, it is not possible to understand completely what you mean. Previous answerers are correct in observing that you are wrong to think that the period in English has anything to do with Tamil.

Tamil and English have totally different origins... No relation at all..

English evolved from German and Latin, which in turn were derived from the original Aryan language.

Wheras tamil is derived from the Dravidian/native Indian laguage, before it is popularly is believed to have been invaded by the Aryans.

Tamil evolved from the Brahmi script, which is again or Dravidian origin.

English script, and thus the period (.), evolved from Latin, which evolved form Greek, which in turn evolved from the Syrian semitic script, and this in turn evolved from the Egyptian script.

So there can't be any corellation between the symbolism in Tamil script, and that of the English.

The little dot called period has nothing to do with female genitalia. Different kind of period altogether.
