Welp, the Bible puts it this way (only dealing the the aspects of your question, and not the whole 6-day creation process). God was there before the beginning, so He's first. Then he created the dinosaurs (since they are counted as beasts of the air and sea, then came the beasts of the land) right along side with animals. Then came Adam and Eve. Evolution *requires* death to work, however, death didn't come into play until Adam and Eve screwed up.
As to inbreeding, consider this. Back then, a person was 'middle aged', not at 40, but at 400. They weren't counted as old until they reached 700.
Think of it this way... a person's lifespan is shortened if they are the result of inbreeding... It conditions were right back then to allow a person to live to be 969 years (such as Methuselah, the longest lived person in the Bible), and then goes downhill afterwards, then gets capped off at 120 years, and *still* continues to plummet until the beginning of the Renassiance (when you were considered ancient at 35), then the only logical explanation is, yes, there is a trace of inbreeding within all of us, but modern medical care and scientific discoveries have overcome some of our immense weaknesses. Lol... if we weren't inbred, there would be a zero chance of congenital disorders (barring those that originate from injuries or disease in the womb).
As to BC/AD, Jesus did not change the time, but rather, because his birth was such a remarkable event in human history, that people began defining the time by the era where salvation becomes free to all people. However, even now, not all people go by this calendar. For instance, the Jews still begin their dating system from Day 1 of the creation week.
One other interesting thing to note... today's population is 6 billion people, and grows at a rate of 2% each year. If we were to set this to a mere 0.5% (this takes into consideration plagues, natural disasters, famines, and other unfortunate side effects of life), and count backwards, we would wind up having a zero population at around 4500 BC (give or take around Noah's time). If man had indeed been around since 40,000 BC, as scientists say, (and using the 0.5% growth ratio) our population today should be in the mid trillions, not the low billions. Also, that means there should be a LOT more human remains that are unearthed (that is, in the past four generations, there are over 6 billion corpses, and a great many more from prior generations. Yet, I am certain that if man had indeed been around since 40,000 BC, there should be at least 6 billion corpses found from mankind's formative years to, say, Ancient Egyptian times [considering that 35,000 years is a LONG time for corpses to add up]... yet there are not... there's only several hundred, if that).

God created the animals before he created man. That includes the great sea monsters or dinosaurs. Genesis 1:1 says that God created the heavens and the earth but it does not say when he did this. Billions of years ago from the estimates of science. Each creative day was a time period. Not a literal 24 hours. We know that we are still in the seventh day because the Bible never says that the seventh day has ended. So mankind has existed for over 6,000 years according to the Bible's geneology. No reason to think the first six days were any shorter. As for remains of people, these could be deformed humans. We have deformed people now. Or they could be skeletons of animals that no longer live on the earth. They have become extinct. The fossil record for evolution is scant. Even scientists are disappointed that fossils do not show the link between different kinds of animals that it should to support evolution. If we come from a single cell then where are the stages of developement? You can not develope from a single cell to any kind of higher life form without developing a heart, brain, lungs etc right away. You can not gradually develope these organs and still have a functional life form higher than a single cell creature. Animals and humans adapt to their surroundings but they still remain the kind of human or animal that they were . Darwins finches adapted to their surrounding but they were still finches. They did not change into another totally different life form.

First let me say, I am a Christian, Now to say what came first, neither, Because if I said God, then you might try to say that I said God had a beginning, But now to set the record Striaght, God has always been, He has no beginning, nor ending, nor father, nor Mother, He has always been, Many try to put a creator in front of God, That would make us Grand-sons of God & God does not have any grandkids, He only has SONS & DAUGHTERS, Now we have the Prehistoric world, Are you suprised that a Christain Believe in a Prehistoric world, It's all in the Bible, One word can change the whole piture, In Gen. 9:1 God told Noah to REPLINISH the earth, & in Gen. 1:28 God told Adam & Eve to REPLINISH the earth, which means to fill it up AGAIN. If I had a cup that never had any liquid in it, can I ask you to Re-fill my cup, NO, I can only ask you to FILL my cup, but If I had coffee or some liquid in it & it was all gone, then I can ask you will you please RE-FILL my cup. After millions of yrs. I can see as God has allowed time here long enough to test the angelic beings & the animal kingdom & that satan had put into the minds of the animals to kill, Then I can see God taking this planet away from the sun far enough to cause a great ICE AGE, then after millions of yrs., I can see God again to begin to bring this earth back into a relationship with the sun to warm it up to again bring forth life, & that would be Adam & Eve, Man & woman with a soul, & a Son & Daughter of God, those cave men & cave womwn was not Sons & Daughters of God, they did not have a soul. Now concerning evolution, There is no such thing as evolution as you or science wants to think we came from monkeys, apes, or a slimmy pond somewhere, There is a certain part of evolution, Like for instance a tappole turns into a frog, a maggot turns into a fly a larva turns into a butterfly an egg turns into a bird. But Monkeys turning into man, NO, Now concerning the bC period, we are referring to the time before Christ, & the AD & some calls it CE, I call it AD, that is the time from Christ up until now. Now I can take you ll the way through the Book of Revelations, & into the eternal age if you want. But I presume this is enough for you to read for now.

Its been proven that noahs flood could not have been later than 12000 years ago, and was most likley not a worldwide flood.
Proof: Egyptian surface caves that have never had water in them and have been dated to that period and before.
This particular evidence plus the biblical fact that 'one day to god is a thousand years to man' ...means the socalled flood could have been even earlier in history.
Remember, that the idea of a 24hr day didnt really come about until middle ages... most concepts of a day were the daytime only (8-12 hrs max), and nights were not counted.
This alone can double some figures of timeline figuring/
1daygod=1000ym
1daygod=365000dm
1dg=365000dm
6dg=2,190,000 days
1wg= 6000+ years
Using the biblical calculation creation must have taken a mimimum of 6000+ years.
That plus the begats (where they get most of the 6000 years sicne creation)....means a total of 12000 years
Double what socalled experts have said.

Don't even try to rationalize it. It doesn't work. The time line goes backwards to 0 CE (AD) and then forwards because the common era starts supposedly when Jesus died. Any time before that has to go backwards because it is in advance of this time. BCE means before common era, so when you are referring to these dates you have to reference them before the point 0 CE. 5-4-3-2-1-0-1-2-3...

God did not designate the length of days until Adam's time. He told Adam the day you take of the forbidden fruit you will surely die.
Before Adam, days could have been millions of years. They lasted until God felt like ending it and starting another.

I have the same theory with you as an atheist.
If God was real, he would have simply created the Universe, then he would just leave us alone. His role in our lives started and stopped in the Big bang.
He never intended us to live nor send his son down here. (Damn he sends a meteor down to Earth to wipe us out every few million years)

I am a non-practicing Christian. I have often wondered about the time-line thing as well. It sure makes it hard to believe in God when science seems to be full of proof.

I've never heard any religion refer to the existence of dinosaurs, which kind of disproves the whole creation thing! As does the homo sapien evolution.
