Size and shape are important... for both. Penises come in all lengths, widths, and curves, but also the shape of each woman's body is different. Some bodies 'fit' together better than others. Penis size is important, but it's not the only thing a girl looks for.

To some women size does matter but the majority of us women dont care at all. its not about the size or anthing to do with the penis, is about the guy him self and why you are with him.
If a women is only with a guy for his size, they need to get real and get a life.

Well the WHO says Minimum size is 3" to 4"; Average is 5" to 6" and anything more than or less than these sizes is BELOW or ABOVE average.
I hope from now onward nobody would dare ask this question again!

Penis size doesn't matter as far as it is more than 5 sm..all the rest is good enough ...depends on the size of the woman and what you do with it..:)
