Depends on what you believe since not all churches agree while most consider the trinity to be: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

There are different denominations since people can't agree on these definitions.

The Godhead is the Holy Trinity. To Christians that believe in the Holy Trinity, the Holy Spirit is part of that, and it is a spirit not a person. To many others, the Holy Spirit is the archangel Gabriel, who came to the prophets to reveal scripture, and once again not a person. I have never heard any translation that determined the Holy Spirit to be a person.

It should be noted that there was no concept of the holy trinity until Catholics made their way to Celtic lands. Like it did so many other religions, it assimilated the practices of the Druids and their affinity for triplicates.

Trinitarian Christians believe the trinity to be The Father (mind) The Son (body) and The Holy Spirit (soul).

If you believe the Bible is true then the Holy Spirit is a member of the Godhead. If you make up your own theology then its up to you. I suggest you believe the Bible
Luke 1:35 The angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God.
If the child was called the Son of God then the Holy Spirit had to be God.

The only Godhead I know is a band.

The Holy Spirit is not a human (hence the word "spirit"), but the Holy Spirit is part of the Trinity, which consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

It depends what religion you are talking about.

In Christianity, the Holy Spirit is God in the world today, one of the three persons of the Trinity (if you are so inclined), but only one Godhead.

We can come to believe in something invisible by observing its effect upon our world.

Have you ever watched the grass or a wheat field as the wind races across it, how it ripples and dances just like the waves of the sea? Yet, we do not see the wind itself, just its effects.

Some Christians know that the Holy Spirit is called, by some, the Holy Wind of God. You might be able to relate to this name better than to Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost.

Holy Spirit is not a person --- that is true. Holy Spirit is part of the trinity. GOD - His Son JESUS - Holy Spirit.

Holy Spirit refers to Angel Gabriel in Islam. That's why we Muslims reject the trinity, because it consists of human, angel and God. Human being the Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) and angel being the Angel Gabriel. So the claim of Christians that in trinity, all three refer to One God is false!

Jesus and Angel Gabriel are the creations of Allah (the God), therefore worshipping them would be a great sin!

My Mom alwys used to explain it to me this way: The Father, Son and Holy Ghost are all parts of the same unit. It can be compared to an egg with the shell, the white and the yolk--all separate, but yet the same.
