have dreams about your ex's? (not wet dreams) had one last night, in the dream felt so perfect, its weird in a way i feel like I've had a catch up with her and it was lovely, now I feel cheated and crappy. who else gets this?

I got it loads of times. But my dreams come true. I did end up meeting her and - contrary to my dreams - it wasn't that nice. I remembered why we broke up and that i trully didn't love her.
The thing is that when u don't see somebody for many years you end up remembering the good things only, not the bad things. The bad memories only come back when you meet that person again.
I did have other dreams about my ex that have come true recently. In my dreams it was my ex, but in real life it's my new girlfriend. The dream meant that i could become close to somebody else as i was with her.

I do, it feels great in the dream, but when I wake up it's a bit confusing and feel down, as the dream felt so real and right.

The only time i dont think about my ex is when im dreaming and im so grateful for that, at least i sleep well.
Don't think about it, just think about it as a dream, and keep it that way ( although some people do think about their real life as a dream).
if it was all nice and lovely.....why it didn't last long! so get that dreams out of your head. it's my advice.

I have dreams about ex`s but i have never felt cheated it was just nice remembering them

It is just normal. She has been part of your life in the past, and past memories turn to your mind in dreams. I sometimes dream of my ex, but it's just smth that makes me remind of my past with him and the time we spent together, that's it!
Your mind works out the unconscious thoughts and inner feelings, so don't worry about that. It's a normal thing. Live your present, that's what really matters!!

I always dream aobut my ex's bevause your not with them doesnt mean you stop thinking aobut them, its not cheating if your not acting upon your dreams by texting your ex or meetng up for a coffee, you girlfriend/boyfriend proberly does the same thing...dont worry a bout it!

I had a dream about my ex last night - perfectly normal. Was quite nice because he apologised for being a pig and i told him it was his problem not mine.

i'm glad i don't dream of my ex. the *****...
kinda funny though just before we broke up i had a dream she was cheating on me, and guess what she was.
who says dreams aren't prophetic.
