Has anyone ever heard of a place called TOURE in paris maybe my spelling is wrong?

I know a place called Tours, it's a town one hour from Paris by TGV. Near the Loire castels.

You may be talking about Tours. It's not in Paris but 2 hours at the south west of Paris.

Do you mean the Lourve? That's where Mona Lisa is.

Or do you mean Tours? That's actually a bit off Paris.
