i currently use the on that comes with the computer,but im looking for something better, or something that will make my computer run faster.

Ok first off lets make one correction. disk defrag will not make the computer run faster. However it will make looking for files faster. So in a way it does make daily tasks like the acuator arm in the hard drive work less and get the file that it needs much faster. DEFRAG is to clean up a messy situation...

To be honest, the one that comes with any Windows operating system is as good as any. I also have Win ASO and Norton but defraging is defraging and If I was you, I wouldn't go spending money on one.

If you're computer is slowing down, I would look for spyware. A good free utility is SUPERAntiSpyware. You can get it at

One of the best is Diskeeper 10; either the Home or Professional edition. You get a 30 day trial so defrag away
