You sew a pocket in the back of your pajama top and insert a tennis ball, whenever you roll over on your back it will poke you and encourage you to roll into another position, thusly stopping the snoring.

If you snore you may have a serious medical condition called obstructive sleep apnea which can hinder your breathing while your asleep. You should see a doctor and speak with him or her about having a sleep study done.

It can be stopped if you drink a lot of water bfore sleeping.Since the throat area is moistened,it relaxes the nostril muscles and breathing is normal.
