It's called the Tripitaka

The Diamond Sutra was the first religious book to be printed for wide distribution.

There isn't a 'holy' book as such Buddhism more a massive and disparate collection of writings from across the spectrum of Buddhist sects. These range from stories about the Buddha Gotama's life to complex Abidharma expositions to mystical works like the Tibetian Book of the Dead.

If you want a clear well writted translation that contains material accepted as worthy by the majority of Buddhists the Have a look at 'Buddhist Scriptures' translated by Edward Conze. Its published in the UK by Penguin Classics and is the main text I used when studying Buddhism as part of a degree in Theology and Relgious Studies.

There is no official 'Bible' or scripture canon in Buddhism, however check out a book entitled "The Tibetan Book of the Dead".

Dhammapada and Abidhamma are two important books.

Anyway Buddha didn't t care about books and whatsoever definitions!

His goal was the transcendental ... "Nirvana"...!

It should be noted that Sidhartha Guatama was one of many Buddhas, and not the last. Buddhism is a wonderful, peaceful way of life (although I do not practice it myself).
