What i did last time is that i call my secret admire. Sometime i wrote letter and e-mail. But i can say, talk to her in person sure has the edge and more advantage.
Love is a lasting forever thing. So take your time. And no rush. Girls look at 2 things, handsome and good personality. You know what handsome is. Good personality is the way u act and speak and how u behave yourself, also how u conduct yourself. They often look for good qualities. This is quite a tough area to improve. In other words, if they like u, means they really like u. If not, then, don't be sad and give up like others do, maybe there's still a chance u can improve.

I would say that it goes great at the beginning because you're in the 'honeymoon' phase of the relationship.
Once that begins to wear off we see the real person complete with all their flaws. Maybe the girls are just realising that you're not the one for them.
You're probably lucky that the girls haven't continued the relationships when they didn't feel that it was right.
Someone else posted something similar, but maybe you have to look inside yourself to find the answer. Is there something you do or don't do that the girls don't like? Could you give more of your time to them?
Being a girl, I can say that girls really just want time and affection from their men. They need to feel cherished and valued. If they don't feel all these things (and more, we're very complex!) it can turn them off and they end things.
You haven't really given much information but I think if you really think about it, you'll find the answer within yourself.

Could be some of the following:
Do you treat her like she deserves? Do you make her feel good about herself - lavish time and affection on her - take her on dates - call her to see how shes doing?
Girls like attention so make sure you give her enough - yet dont come across as a psycho ringing and texting every five minutes. You need to distinguish the fine line between keen and stalking!
Are you too laid back about the relationship? Are you bothered if you see her - are you more preoccupied with seeing you mates? Do you only call her when you're at a loose end?
Theres another very fine line between being not bothered!!
Once you find a perfect solution to showing your lady that you care about her and give her the right amount of time and affection then you should be ok.
Other reasons could be something as simple as hygiene? Not trying to be offensive but some guys dont actually realise that women are pretty sensitive to smell!!
Are you keeping her interested on the dates ye go on? Alternate the dates between dinner/cinema/pub/walks - vary them to keep her keen!

maybe your a jerk and you don't know it or she just finally realizes that your an idiot and wants to be with someone better..
Who knows! That or your seriously over reaching and not finding the right kind of girl.. try the geeky girl that always reads and gets A's in class... she's probably more your type than the typical hot chick that bounces from guy to guy because she's hot and knows she can get whoever she wants once she's bored with one or the other.

Try this.... No sex for 4 weeks and spend time on dining and wining and I don't mean like spending a fortune on her but packing a picnic, lunch, quiet dinner at a nice restaurant etc. Then calling/texting afterwards to say thank you and ask her if she enjoyed herself. It is a lot of work but I can assure you it'll work. Make sure you are genuine and wanting it to be that way. She'll fall in love before you know it :-)!!! Good luck

Maybe it is something you are doing. Maybe it is something she is doing. The real question you should ask yourself is, "Why are the ladies dumping me?" Are you being the best boyfriend you can be? Are you doing your part in keeping the sparks in the relationship? This is pretty much the best way I can answer this question with the limited info you give me.

can you phone a couple of the previous ones and just ask them what you did wrong, explain that you want to keep your next girlfriend and need to know what the problem is.
