I think what he means to ask is about the controversy( i dont think there is one) about the USA actually landing on the moon. There are many controversy theorists that argue that the USA never made it to the moon and that the entire landing was fabricated in a hollywood studio. Check this link for the arguement that it is a hoax http://www.ufos-aliens.co.uk/cosmicapollo.html . Check this one which proves (or tries to) it is not a hoax http://pirlwww.lpl.arizona.edu/~jscotti/NOT_faked/ . You can make up what you think is true but in my opinon it was not a fake. It is too big a hoax to cover up and would and can be verified by most new technology. I dont think the USA will take a gamble that big with national pride.

I've seen that video and it said that the setting took place in a very secret location in the US called area51.They duplicated the scenario of the moon. But I believe he really stepped on the real moon.

I think he was going to say -
That is one small step for a man, but one giant leap for mankind.
But what he said was -
One small step for man; one giant leap for mankind.
Used in that way, 'man' and 'mankind' are the same.
There was also a story that went around about other stuff that people said that he said, but he didn't say those things. Just regular com chatter.
;-D Maybe he was nervous, talking to 2 billion people who were listening.
