Don't diet. Just eat healthy -- fruits, water and all. And more importantly, exercise. Exercise is the key to getting into shape, not diets. Good luck =)

Wait for 6 weeks. Eat a healthy diet and join an exercise class. It is th exercise which will get you in shape

just cut down on your fatty foods and no junk food....i would try a fruit and vegetable diet with little meat....and get all the exercise you can...it seems a baby should be enough exercise but they are not...they just seem to not let you get enough sleep at first to feel like doing much...but work at it and you will lose the weight and get back in shape...do stomach tightening while you are just sitting too..that does help....

I advice you cut down on your calories and fatty foods and if can breats feed that will help a great deal.Exercising also does wonders too

It's called the Diet and Exercise diet.

What you do is you eat healthy (no burgers, no fries). And you exercise.
