Going to ksa...there is only those ways to get there:
- Invitation from a company wich is a residence visa or business visa
- Omra or Hajj visa if you are muslim
- Invitation visa if you have some family there
Beside those visa there's no other way to get there...and they don't have a tourist visa...just because they don't need tourist I believe

I would like to know wher are you currently based? In the UK there are few companies who provides services for visas and hotel bookings.
Please email me if you need more information as I know few companies in KSA as well as in Houston who does this type of services outside the UK
